Terms of Service

Last updated: August 14, 2026

1. Scope

These terms set out the conditions for using MockShot Studio (the browser version, the Mac app, and related sites; the "Service"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

2. What the Service provides

The Service is a production tool that helps you edit store submission screenshots and export them as PNGs. It does not include uploading to the stores directly. Editing in the browser version is provided free of charge, and PNG export is conditional on spending prepaid credits. Prices and pack contents are as displayed in the Service. The Mac app is governed by the separately displayed one-time purchase conditions.

In the browser version, if you explicitly opt in, we charge your saved payment method for the pack quantity you chose (1 pack = 10 credits, up to 10 packs) when an export finds a zero balance, then grant those credits. The amount is pack quantity times the displayed price. You can turn auto-purchase off in the editor at any time. If extra authentication such as 3-D Secure is required, the automatic charge does not complete and you must finish payment on the checkout page. We keep a record of your consent.

3. Prohibited conduct

4. Disclaimer

The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for the quality of export results, the outcome of store review, failures on the payment provider's side, communication failures, or data loss. Please back up important data yourself.

5. Changes and suspension

The operator may change, temporarily suspend, or discontinue the Service without prior notice.

6. Intellectual property

Rights in the software, design, trademarks, and similar assets of the Service itself belong to the operator or to their rightful holders. Rights in the screenshots you import and the wording you enter belong, as a rule, to you or to their rightful holders.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes relating to the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the operator's location as the court of first instance.
